Why you need a reminder at all

Companies House publishes your deadlines but does not chase you before they pass. Accounts filed even one day late get an automatic penalty starting at £150, and it climbs the later you are, up to £1,500, and doubles if you're late two years running. The confirmation statement is easy to forget because it only comes round once a year. A simple reminder removes the whole risk.

How it works

  1. Enter your company name or number, we read your accounts and confirmation-statement deadlines straight from the public Companies House record and show them free.
  2. Turn on Monitoring (£15/mo) and add your email.
  3. We email you at 30, 14, 7 and 1 days before each deadline, and on the day itself, with a direct link to file. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Checking your deadline is always free. The automatic reminders are part of Monitoring, which also watches the companies you trade with and warns you if one starts to slip, all for one £15/mo subscription you can cancel any time.

What we do and don't do

We remind you, clearly and in good time. We do not file your accounts or confirmation statement for you, and we're not your accountant or company-secretary agent. If an accountant already files for you, treat this as a backstop so nothing is ever missed on either side.

More than a reminder

The same lookup shows you the trade-safety report your customers and suppliers can run on you, so you can see, and fix, anything that reads as a risk before it costs you work.
