Refund Policy
Last updated: July 2026
We want you to buy with confidence, and we want to be fair and lawful about it. Here is exactly how refunds work.
One-off reports (£3.49 / £7.99 pack)
A report is instant digital content. When you buy one you ask us to deliver it immediately and you tick a box confirming you understand that, once the report is unlocked, you lose the automatic 14-day right to cancel. That is standard for instant digital goods and it is what keeps the price this low. So:
- Once a report has been unlocked, it is non-refundable. You have seen the content, and it can't be "returned".
- If you bought a report but never unlocked it (for example a mistaken or duplicate purchase), tell us and we'll refund it in full.
- With a 3-report pack, any unused report credits can be refunded pro-rata if you ask before you've used them.
We always put things right
Regardless of the above, we will refund you where the law requires and whenever it's simply the right thing to do, including:
- You were charged twice or charged in error.
- The report failed to generate or was materially broken through a fault on our side.
- The report was not as described in a way that isn't just a limitation of the underlying public data.
The Unlimited plan (£15/month)
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't pro-rata refund a part-used month, but if you cancel right after an unwanted renewal, contact us and we'll sort it out.
How to request a refund
Email [YOUR EMAIL] with the email address you used and, if relevant, the company number of the report. We aim to respond within two working days, and eligible refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
This policy sits alongside your statutory rights, which it does not remove. See also our Terms of Service.
